I posted a picture on Facebook and asked my friends to write a Mary Oliver inspired poem to go along with it. This is one of my favorites! Trade your stilettos for boots so you can feel every rung.
As you travel thru every type of weather and terrain
Enjoy them all for what they are.
Take in and savor their vast differences.
The desert can be just as thrilling as the sunlit meadow.
The pelting rain can be just as glorious as the warm breeze of summer.
