Anita knows how to achieve this, having spent her youth in ballet class (Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, mostly), and her adult life as a martial artist, equestrian, yoga and Pilates instructor. I have helped hundreds of awkward people relax and look confident for their photos. I have some tricks up my sleeve that are hard to explain but some people say that they just feel calm around me for some reason. It’s one of my greatest gifts. Try me! 🙂
