Angela is an aerialist and a teacher at Iron City Circus Arts in the Southside. I was so excited to get some photos of her in action! She came with a list of positions that were important to her, and I had a clear idea in mind of how I’d like to light her and the angles I was looking for. I was so excited to hang the necessary important hardware and silks on my ceiling in order to photograph aerialists. I play on the silks myself and love to relax in the hammock! I have played with some ideas with ropes and chiffon from the ceiling also for dance and maternity sessions. I hope that these photos are seen by lots of people who decide to come show me their skills in the air. I have so many ideas!!
